New Year's
Headed to Lawrence yet again. Let the crazy drunken mayhem begin and maybe just maybe I can relax, have a good time and live a drama free week of vacation. If all else fails, the Bourgeois Pig will calm my frazzled nerves. Hope springs eternal.

It’s Christmas eve and I am sitting at my iMac, it’s almost 11, I finished a bottle of wine and am trying to decide if I want another, I had frozen pizza, watched Bones on Hulu, played some House of the Dead on Wii and am now doing the normal depressing things that one would do if they realize tonight is when most are with family. Whether they are fighting, eating, drinking or just plain sitting...
I know I wanted winter but seriously….6 degrees is pushing it.
Why must everything be bittersweet? Why can’t it just be one emotion at a time? Come on world I know you have it in you to give it just once? Ah fuck it, give it to someone who needs it more. I’m afraid of people dressed in costumes. I am not sure why but whenever an Easter bunny or a Santa comes up to me or is near me, I move away. I remember being in high school and going to bathroom to get away from Santa. I took a picture with Santa when I was 15 for money one year though. Go figure.
